Prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. dollars.
We accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
SALES TAX
Nevada residents will be charged Nevada state sales tax.
Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For security reasons, online purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card and will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method, i.e., UPS next day, second-day, ground. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Shipping Methods and Fees
TRACKING
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from UPS that your purchase has been delivered.
To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain tracking number for each delivery. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, you can contact us on our website. We will be pleased to assist you via email at info@gultendye.com.
RETURNS
GULTEN DYE wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full refund when accompanied by the orginal sales slip. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@gultendye.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has been returned to us. In this case, please visit our website or contact us.

Please enlcose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail. Allow 2-4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.
