Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item, please return it, along with a copy of the sales receipt, for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment, less the original shipping charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning an item, please pack it securely in bubble wrap to protect it during the shipping process. Gulten Dye, LLC is not responsible for jewelry that is damaged or lost in transit. It is recommended that you insure your package and return it using a major courier service with tracking capabilities (i.e. USPS, FEDEX, UPS). Please include a copy of your original receipt with your return.
